  • Hourly: $125 / hour, billed in 15-minute increments. No contract, no minimum, no discovery call. Larger work pauses for an estimate or fixed quote before continuing.
  • Assessment: $750 flat. Ten-point review plus written roadmap. One week.
  • Advisory session: $350 / session. Ninety minutes with written notes and recommendations afterward.
  • Account compromise response: $350 flat. Containment, investigation, recovery, and hardening.
  • New user setup: $125 / person
  • User offboarding: $125 / person
  • New device: $250 / device (hardware and shipping billed at cost)
  • Projects: quoted flat. Roadmap items or work that outgrew hourly, priced before work starts.
  • Billing: established clients get one monthly invoice for actual usage; one-off work is due on receipt.
  • Capacity: limited number of new clients at a time; if full, a date is given
