Assessment $750 flat Ten-point review of your actual environment, written roadmap, one week

Baseline $300 / month Tenant admin, account changes, security review, documentation, and any single request under thirty minutes

Projects Quoted flat Each roadmap item priced before work starts. No hourly surprises.

Provisioning $250 / device or new user Spec, order, image, enroll, ship. Hardware billed at cost.

Advisory session $350 Strategy, AI adoption, procurement planning, insurance and compliance questions

Hourly $125 / hour For anything that does not fit the above, or if you would rather not commit to anything

Baseline is optional. Plenty of clients work hourly and that is fine. Baseline clients get scheduled first.
On-site work is quoted separately as a flat visit fee.

I take on about three clients a month because assessments and project work are done personally. If I am full, I will tell you and give you a date.
