From unmanaged to MSP-ready

I'm Nate. I take small companies from unmanaged IT to organized enough to hand off to an MSP, an in-house hire, or staying with me at a light hourly cadence. Microsoft 365, Intune, identity, and security for teams of five to fifty.

Nine years in enterprise identity, endpoint management, and cloud security. I have managed complex environments, including hardware and IT security for the Governor's mansion, 400 state buildings, the State of Tennessee Department of Homeland Security, and one of the world's largest asset management firms.

Certifications: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS Solutions Architect.

Security is part of the work, not a separate product: identity, Microsoft 365 tenant hardening, and incident response, backed by SC-100. There is no security premium and no separate security pricing category. When an account is compromised, containment and recovery are a fixed fee on the pricing page.

How I work: Requests come in writing so there is a record. Assessments and project work are done personally. I do not offer after-hours on-call, guaranteed response times, or regular on-site coverage. If you need those, you want an MSP, and I will help you find one.
