- Assessment: $750 flat
- Baseline: $300 / month
- Projects: quoted flat
- Provisioning: $250 / device or new user
- Advisory session: $350
- Hourly: $125 / hour
- Capacity: about three clients a month

## What is not offered

- After-hours or weekend on-call
- Guaranteed response times / SLAs
- Phone-first support (written requests preferred)
