Your IT is getting out of hand. You are not ready for an MSP.
I get small companies from unmanaged to organized, then hand it off cleanly when you have outgrown me. Microsoft 365, Intune, identity, and security for teams of five to fifty.
You already know something is wrong.
Passwords live in people's heads and browsers.
Every login is a support request. Nobody knows which accounts still have access.
Nobody owns the environment, support, or applications.
Apps get connected to your Microsoft tenant without anyone approving them. Devices get bought at random. Licenses renew without anyone checking.
No one knows if a new hire has everything they need.
Onboarding is guesswork. And when someone leaves, their access hangs around because there is no process.
None of this is an emergency until it is. The fix is not complicated, it is just nobody's job right now.
Ten things that have to be true
This is what "in order" actually means. It is also the list an MSP will check the moment you hand the environment over, so you may as well pass it before you get there.
- Accounts and access are controlled
- Credentials are managed
- Connected apps are governed
- Devices are managed
- Hardware is standardized
- Email and domain are protected
- Backup and recovery is proven
- Files live somewhere governed
- Licensing is known
- It is all written down
How it works
- 1
Assess
I score your environment against the ten points and give you a written roadmap in priority order. Flat fee, one week.
- 2
Stabilize
We fix what is actively costing you. Identity, email protection, backup, the things that keep coming back.
- 3
Systematize
Fixes become standards. Runbooks, hardware specs, onboarding process, license register.
- 4
Hand off
You get documented systems and a shortlist of MSPs who can take it from here. Or you keep me. Both are fine.
This is probably not a fit if
- You need someone on call after hours or on weekends
- You want a guaranteed response time
- You want phone-first support. Requests come in writing so there is a record.
- You need someone physically on site regularly
If those are requirements, you want an MSP, and I am happy to point you at good ones.
